Into the Light Wellness Center offers Memberships, Classes, Workshops, a Member Reading Room with a Lending Library and a Student Study/Office Space


Some highlights of our offerings include

Artists' sessions and workshops in small groups where artists can share common business goals and strategies and plan/ discuss work in a creative, supportive setting

• Private, semi-private and small group fitness and nutritional education sessions

• Individual college student coaching sessions and study/office space

• College student career planning and student success coaching sessions and workshops


The wellness center was formed to support and build small group communities and to offer classes, workshops, and memberships in a welcoming and supportive atmosphere with unique and individualized meeting spaces for these community based groups.


The small membership groups include:

An Artists' Group

A Fitness and Nutrition Group

A Student Support Group


Classes and Workshops are available for both members and non-members with class discounts offered to those with memberships or class cards.


The Reading Room and Member Library -

Membership benefits include reserved times each week for each member group to have shared access to a the wellness center reading/lending library space.

The lending library is available to members and provides access to and free use of the lending library collection.

Members may take out books and materials in the collection, which has a focus on the member group interest areas.

A Reading Room/ Library space is also the main office of the wellness center. It is also a place where each small group can get have individuals get together or members can simply come in and enjoy the space and materials offered.


The three membership groups were formed with the following goals -


Artists Group goals-

- Fostering a sense of artistic community

- Providing creative inspiration

- Artists' Group members offering each other feedback and having discussions of artwork with each other

in a supportive community of artists.

- Shared experiences through participation in shared classes and workshops that are suggested and selected by the artists in the group


College Student Support Group goals-

-Providing college students with resources and support in the areas of , life planning, goal setting, major selection and career planning and support around student success through offerings of support resources and individual and small group coaching sessions

-Access to a quiet, comfortable study space with dedicated reserved times for each member to use


Fitness and Nutrition Group goals -

-Providing members with offerings of classes, workshops and individual coaching sessions with a focus on good health, fitness, and meditative and exercise benefits

-Offering nutritional education classes, workshops and coaching sessions on a wide variety of topics

Upcoming fitness classes and workshops  include small group sessions,  private and semiprivate sessions for Yoga Basics,  Gentle Stretch Yoga, Chair Yoga and  a Strength/Toning class.

Walking groups are also being formed as a part of the fitness and health offerings.

A newly formed Warren Artists' Walking Group is currently being offered and is  free to those who are current or interested members or class participants. (see class listings to register for this free weekly event)
